How does DynScreen help the everyday tasks of users?
- Field service personnel can document the result of their activity to respond to customer complaints more efficiently

Main characteristics:
- DynScreen mobile app is seamlessly integrated into Dynamics CRM. The user simply opens the record he/she wants to attach visual documentation to and then taps the DynScreen menu item.
- DynScreen app is opened and the user can take multiple photos and videos at once.
- All files are uploaded to our server and linked to the record by tapping on “Upload” button.
- The user is then automatically returned to Dynamics CRM app. Status of upload can be followed in the notification bar.
- The uploaded content can then be viewed in Dynamics CRM.
